Important Information
We may accept -
but we do not promise to accept - offline Sponsorship payments. See below for additional
details.
When offline payments
are accepted, they may be made by check or money order only. We do not accept credit card payments
or cash payments offline.
Base sponsorships
amounts may be the same when paid offline. However, tax and other charge(s) may
also be added (as applicable).
Some Sponsorship items may be ineligible for offline
payment (e.g. Sponsorship gift notifications).
Procedures
for offline payments for sponsorships may vary depending upon
the type of sponsorship. For example...
Regular
Sponsorships: Visit our status page to determine whether we are
presently accepting Regular Sponsorship payments offline. If offline
payments for Regular Sponsorships are being accepted, you must complete
our offline payment submission form (in .pdf format) and mail the completed form along with your
sponsorship payment. After your payment has been mailed, we ask that you
complete an offline payment notification form to notify us that it has
been sent. [Note: See question below for applicable links to the

Premium
Sponsorships: You must complete an offline payment request
form, providing all required data. As applicable, if we are accepting
offline payments for Premium Sponsorships, you may
receive an e-mail within 90 days containing a submission number (which
may be valid for only 10 days). You may then print, complete, and mail
the offline payment submission form on our site (.pdf format) along with your
sponsorship payment. Please note that all steps
must be completed properly, in a timely fashion, and according to
our instructions. [Note: See question below for applicable links to

Gold
& Platinum
Level Sponsorships: You must complete an offline payment request
form, providing all required data. As applicable, if we are accepting
offline payments for these sponsorships, you may
receive an e-mail within 90 days containing a submission number (which
may be valid for only 10 days). You may then print, complete, and mail
the applicable offline payment submission form on our site (.pdf format) along with
your sponsorship payment. Please note that all steps
must be completed properly, in a timely fashion, and according to

Sales tax is not presently charged on
sponsorships, although this may be subject to change. Should sales tax
be due, please use the sales tax rate stated on bfsnet.com (click
here).
After you have read
all items herein (including all linked pages referred to above and all
items below), follow the instructions below to proceed
with your offline sponsorship payment.
Regular
Sponsorships ($1-249.99/one-time): Click
here to visit our status page to determine whether we are presently accepting
Regular Sponsorship payments offline. If offline payments for Regular
Sponsorships are being accepted, click
here to complete our offline payment submission form (.pdf format). This
completed form must be mailed along with your sponsorship payment. Upon
mailing your payment, please click
here to complete our offline payment notification form.
Premium
Sponsorships ($10-$100/mo., for 12 months): Click here
to complete our offline payment request form. If you receive
a submission number back from us, click
here to print our offline payment submission form (.pdf format). This
completed form must be mailed along with your sponsorship payment. (Tip:
Print 12 copies and send one in each month with your payment.)
Gold
Level Sponsorships ($250-$999.99/one-time): Click here

form must be mailed along with your sponsorship payment.
Platinum
Level Sponsorships ($1,000-$10,000/one-time): Click here

Note the following
important information regarding offline Sponsorship payments... [Note:
We regret that it is necessary to place certain restrictions /
conditions on Sponsorships and ask for your understanding.]
*
Offline payments in U.S. currency drawn on U.S. banks (or other
applicable U.S. financial institutions) only.
*
No third party checks.
*
Checks must be pre-printed with name, address and phone number.
*
No post-dated checks.
*
Checks must be written for exact amount (not more or less).
*
We may wait until check clears before proceeding with processing.
*
You must submit a separate offline payment request for each gold level,
platinum level and premium sponsorship. Do not
submit more than one offline payment request per week, as allowed.
*
Do not submit duplicate offline payment requests! If you do not hear
back from us within 90 days regarding your offline payment request, you
may try again. If you do not hear back from us a second time (after
waiting an additional 90 days), do not submit any more offline payment
requests for at least 6 more months.
*
Do not submit offline Sponsorship payments without following the required
procedures.
*
If you submit an offline Sponsorship payment without a submission number (or if you include
an invalid or expired number or a number already used) when a valid,
unexpired number is required, we may not
consider your Sponsorship.
*
Please do not correspond with us regarding your offline Sponsorship payment. Any such
correspondence may be ignored.
*
Do not request correspondence from us regarding your offline Sponsorship
payment.
*
You must use the applicable offline payment submission form when submitting an
offline Sponsorship payment.
*
Offline payment submission forms must be printed on clean white paper (size
8.5" x 11"), completed in black or dark blue ink, printed (no
handwriting), and must be legible. Do not print in small text. Do not
submit dirty / stained / torn items. Do not fold excessively, tape,
staple, paperclip, etc. your offline payment form.
*
Do not modify any offline payment submission forms. Do not add additional
information to offline payment submission forms. If you do, you agree that we may
simply ignore modifications/additional information.
*
A separate online payment form and submission number (as applicable) is required for
each sponsorship. Do not combine payments in a single mailing.
*
Checks not paid when first presented may be subject to a minimum $50
fee.
*
Do not include credit card numbers, social security numbers, driver's
license numbers, or other sensitive information with your offline
Sponsorship payment.
*
Mail payments by standard postal mail only. Use a plain envelope only
(regular sized, no boxes, no other materials). Do not request a signature.
*
We do not acknowledge correspondence. We do not provide receipts.
*
We do not promise to consider all offline payment requests.
*
We are not responsible for lost / misdirected / etc. mail.
*
Sorry, no changes allowed once request has been submitted.
*
Even if applicable Sponsorship amounts are paid, we do not guarantee that
any 'thank you text' will appear on the site, how
long such text may appear, or that the appearance of such text ad will be
continuous, etc.
*
Do not re-use submission numbers (except as applicable for Premium
Sponsorships).
*
Sorry, but we cannot assist you with offline Sponsorship payments.
*
We do not accept offline credit card payments. If you want to pay by
credit card, consider paying online (as applicable).
*
It may take a long time to process offline Sponsorship payments.
*
We may limit the number of offline Sponsorship payments allowed in any given day /
period / section / etc. or in total. Note
that if we receive a large number of offline payment requests in any given
period (as determined by us), we may ignore them individually or in total.
*
We may give preference to any offline Sponsorship payment request(s) of our choosing.
*
We may reject any offline Sponsorship payment request(s) for any reason whatsoever.
*
We do not promise to consider any / all offline Sponsorship payment requests.
*
Do not submit excess requests regarding offline Sponsorship payments.
*
We may discard payments / requests if not fully paid or if information
is missing or unclear or if all material is not received together.
*
We reserve the right to reject Sponsorships for any reason whatsoever.
*
We may not
consider Sponsorships that do not meet our guidelines.
Note that if items are rejected, we may discard your payment. Also note that those who
submit offline payments not in
accordance with our instructions may be banned from future advertising on
this site.
*
If we discard your payment for any reason, you agree that we do not need
to notify you. [Note: Our policy is to tear up or shred or mark void discarded
payments, but we make no guarantee regarding the actual condition of any
payment upon our discarding of it.]
*
Do not submit additional items with your payment. You agree that any
additional item(s) sent become our property that we may use / transfer /
dispose of / etc. any item(s) as we deem convenient / necessary /
helpful / etc., with no recourse. You also agree that we do
not need to notify you regarding the receipt of or disposition of any
item(s).
*
Offline Sponsorship payment is subject to our terms. Remember that by submitting your
offline Sponsorship payment request (or by submitting an offline
Sponsorship payment, etc.) you agree to our terms.
*
We may discontinue / limit / change / etc. our policies regarding
offline Sponsorship payments at
any time without notice.
