Search Engine Improvements

We are working on improving the results from our new search engine and we are particularly excited about one recent change that we have made. As you may know, this site is driven by a number of independent databases and unfortunately these databases cannot all be searched together. However, we have come up with a 'work around' that may allow some indirect searching of content from applicable databases on our new search page. The solution isn't perfect as it does not cover all databased content and it requires the user to input search criteria on the search page and also on the applicable results page(s). However, we hope the benefits of this 'work around' will outweigh the possible inconvenience.
