Mt. 24:44-46: "So too, you also must be prepared, for at an hour you do not expect, the Son of Man will come. Mt. 25:12-13: "But he said in reply, 'Amen, I say to you, I do not know you.' Therefore, stay awake, for you know neither the day nor the hour."

Lk. 12:37: "Blessed are those servants whom the master finds vigilant on his arrival. Amen, I say to you, he will gird himself, have them recline at table, and proceed to wait on them."

Jn. 8:58: Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, before Abraham came to be, I AM."

Mt. 6:2: "When you give alms, do not blow a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets to win the praise of others. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward."

Mt. 6:5: "When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, who love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on street corners so that others may see them. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward."

Mt. 6:16: "When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites. They neglect their appearance, so that they may appear to others to be fasting. Amen, I say to you, they have received their reward."

Mt. 10:42: "And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones to drink because he is a disciple - amen, I say to you, he will surely not lose his reward."

Mt. 17:20: He said to them, "Because of your little faith. Amen, I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

Mt. 18:3: (Jesus) said, "Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven."

Mt. 18:19: "Again, (amen,) I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father."

Mt. 21:21: Jesus said to them in reply, "Amen, I say to you, if you have faith and do not waver, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' it will be done."

Mt. 25:40: "And the king will say to them in reply, 'Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.'"

Mt. 25:45: "He will answer them, 'Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.'"

Mk. 9:41: "Anyone who gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ, amen, I say to you, will surely not lose his reward."

Mk. 10:15: "Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it."

Mk. 10:29-30: Jesus said, "Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands for my sake and for the sake of the gospel who will not receive a hundred times more now in this present age: houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and eternal life in the age to come."

Mk. 11:23: "Amen, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it shall be done for him."

Lk. 18:17: "Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it."

Lk. 18:29-30: He said to them, "Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God who will not receive (back) an overabundant return in this present age and eternal life in the age to come."

Jn. 3:3: Jesus answered and said to him, "Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above."

Jn. 3:5: Jesus answered, "Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit."

Jn. 5:24: "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life and will not come to condemnation, but has passed from death to life."

Jn. 6:47: "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes has eternal life."

Jn. 6:53: Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you."

Jn. 8:34: Jesus answered them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave of sin."

Jn. 8:51: "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever keeps my word will never see death."

Jn. 13:20: "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me."

Jn. 16:23: "On that day you will not question me about anything. Amen, amen, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you."

Forgiveness

Mt. 18:18: "Amen, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." [From footnote in DR trans.: "The power of binding and loosing, which in a more eminent manner was promised to Peter, is here promised to the other apostles and their successors, bishops and priests."]

Mk. 3:28-9: "Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be forgiven them. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin."

Prophesy

Mt. 5:18: "Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place."

Mt. 5:26: "Amen, I say to you, you will not be released until you have paid the last penny."

Mt. 10:15: "Amen, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town."

Mt. 10:23: "When they persecute you in one town, flee to another. Amen, I say to you, you will not finish the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes."

Mt. 16:28: "Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."

Mt. 19:28: Jesus said to them, "Amen, I say to you that you who have followed me, in the new age, when the Son of Man is seated on his throne of glory, will yourselves sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel."

Mt. 23:36: "Amen, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation."

Mt. 24:2: He said to them in reply, "You see all these things, do you not? Amen, I say to you, there will not be left here a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down."

Mt. 24:34: "Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place."

Mt. 26:13: "Amen, I say to you, wherever this gospel is proclaimed in the whole world, what she has done will be spoken of, in memory of her."

Mt. 26:21: And while they were eating, [Jesus] said, "Amen, I say to you, one of you will betray me."

Mt. 26:34: Jesus said to him, "Amen, I say to you, this very night before the cock crows, you will deny me three times."

Mk. 9:1: [Jesus] also said to them, "Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see that the kingdom of God has come in power."

Jn. 13:21: When he had said this, Jesus was deeply troubled and testified, "Amen, amen, I say to you, one of you will betray me."

Jn. 13:38: Jesus answered, "Will you lay down your life for me? Amen, amen, I say to you, the cock will not crow before you deny me three times."

Jn. 14:12: "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes in me will do the works that I do, and will do greater ones than these, because I am going to the Father."

Jn. 16:20: "Amen, amen, I say to you, you will weep and mourn, while the world rejoices; you will grieve, but your grief will become joy."

Jn. 21:18: "Amen, amen, I say to you, when you were younger, you used to dress yourself and go where you wanted; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go."

Mt. 8:10: When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, "Amen, I say to you, in no one in Israel have I found such faith."

Mt. 11:11: "Amen, I say to you, among those born of women there has been none greater than John the Baptist; yet the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he."

Mt. 13:17: "Amen, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it."

Mt. 18:13: "And if he finds it, amen, I say to you, he rejoices more over it than over the ninety-nine that did not stray."

Mt. 21:31: "Which of the two did his father's will?" They answered, "The first." Jesus said to them, "Amen, I say to you, tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you."

Mk. 8:12: He sighed from the depth of his spirit and said, "Why does this generation seek a sign? Amen, I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation."

Mk. 12:43: Calling his disciples to himself, he said to them, "Amen, I say to you, this poor widow put in more than all the other contributors to the treasury."

Lk. 4:24: And he said, "Amen, I say to you, no prophet is accepted in his own native place."

Jn. 3:11: "Amen, amen, I say to you, we speak of what we know and we testify to what we have seen, but you people do not accept our testimony."

Jn. 5:19: Jesus answered and said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, a son cannot do anything on his own, but only what he sees his father doing; for what he does, his son will do also."

Jn. 6:26-27: Jesus answered them and said, "Amen, amen, I say to you, you are looking for me not because you saw signs but because you ate the loaves and were filled. Do not work for food that perishes but for the food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him the Father, God, has set his seal."

Jn. 6:32: So Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave the bread from heaven; my Father gives you the true bread from heaven."

Jn. 10:1: "Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever does not enter a sheepfold through the gate but climbs over elsewhere is a thief and a robber."

Jn. 12:24: "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains just a grain of wheat; but if it dies, it produces much fruit."

Jn. 13:16: "Amen, amen, I say to you, no slave is greater than his master nor any messenger greater than the one who sent him."
