whatsoever (including operating expenses, salaries, supplies,
advertising, donations to outside organizations, charitable works,
site upgrades, advertising and promotion, projects, materials,
memberships, web changes, non-site related purposes, etc.). We are not required to report on the use of sponsorship funds
or account for them separately. Sponsorship funds may be mingled
with any other funds and used for any purpose whatsoever. We do not have to provide
any acknowledgement / notification / etc. regarding any
sponsorship. We do not provide you with an accounting for our use of sponsorship funds. Further, note that we cannot honor requests to
reserve/use sponsorship funds for any particular purpose (and you
agree that any such requests by sponsors are not morally or
legally binding) - rather, we may use the funds for any purpose
whatsoever. Sponsorships are not refundable. Sponsorships are not
